Confirmed Billing or Pick-up Options
Don’t wonder where your billing has gone wrong or if it
was delivered. We confirm receipt of your charges and will call if
we haven’t received them on schedule. We can even arrange for
on-site pick-up.

Confidential and Professional Patient Statements
Patient statements are mailed out with a self addressed
envelope to accomodate return payment as well as the CMBS
customer service number for questions and explantation of charges.

Secure HIPAA Compliant Electronic/Paper Claim Submission
Our software is CCHIT accredited and offers current state of
art technology to ensure you are always compliant.

Insurance Claim Tracking and Follow-up
Our software utilizes a claim scrubber which enables us to
have higher accuracy rates for initial claim submission and reduce
the need for re-billing.

Insurance Contract Negotiation Assistance
CMBS can review your current insurance contracts. We work
to extend timely filing deadlines and improve reimbursement rates.

Secondary/Tertiary Insurance Claims Submission and
Appeal Filing for Unpaid or Underpaid Insurance Claims
ALL of your money has value. Don’t accept the loss of dollars
because your balances aren’t being followed up on. CMBS bills all
co-insurances because even small amounts add up in the end.

Payment Posting
Payments will be mailed to your office or made electronically
by direct deposit to your financial institution. Your office will provide
the E.O.B.’s and copies of the checks along with a listing for
reconciliation. Payments will posted to patient accounts and balanced
with your reconciliation list. If there are any discrepancies CMBS will
contact you immediately for resultion.

Charge Submission and Cash Receipt Reporting
CMBS can provide a weekly detail of month to date charges as
they are processed and the cash receipts.

Customized Monthly Reporting
Use a report that has meaning for your practice. We work with
providers to create a style of monthly reporting that is individually
tailored and easy to use. CMBS provides you with tools to see where
your money is coming from, track your profitability and monitors trends
and changes within your practice.

Charge Capture and Coding Assistance/CPT, ICD-9 and/or
HCPCs Code Review
One of the benefits of CMBS monthly reporting is the ability to
locate trends and identify areas of focus. We help provide solutions to
denial of claims and underpaid claims by reviewing current coding
strategies and maximizing your accuracy and profitability.

Skip Tracing / Soft Collections
Some collection agencies charge as much as 50% of the
collected balance on past due accounts. CMBS is able to search and
locate patients who you are unable to bill due to misinformatin or
change of residence. We are able to reduce the number of accounts
that get forwarded to collections and save you money!
